The rules on this page apply to the Net World Order. You must read and accept these terms and conditions before you will be accepted into the NWO. Failure to abide by these rules and regulations will result in your immediate termination.
General Net World Order Rules
Rule #1:
All outcomes are FINAL! No complaining what so ever if you lose a match. If you lose it's either because:
1) You didn't Role Play enough.
2) Your Role Plays stunk.
3) It's for your own good. (From time to time you may need to lose for a storyline.)
If you are forced into a lose for the purpose of a storyline, you will get it back ten fold so don't worry. While complaining about a lose is not a good idea, you are more then welcome to ask why you lost a match. Do not complain but if you have questions just ask.
Rule #2:
We prefer Original/Created wrestlers, but we will accept real wrestlers as well. If you do join as an original wrestler, be realistic. A 7 foot 500 pound monster will not be doing a shooting star press.
Rule #3:
You may join as a maximum of 3 wrestlers. You can use any combonation you wish and a manager does NOT count as one of the 3.
Rule #4:
Have fun. Don't get too caught up in E-Feds that it feels more like a job then a game. If you can't Role Play, that's fine. We'll take any excuse. Even if you just don't feel like Role Playing, all we ask is that you let us know ahead of time so that we can make plans for your absence.
Rule #5:
If you have any problems with the NWO, be it with the direction of yoru wrestler, the storylines, or just anything in general, feel free to contact a member of the staff. Send in ideas for storylines. Send in ideas for matches. Send in ideas for anything. Even if it doesn't involved your wrestler. We're open to all ideas!
Role Play Rules
Rule #1:
Do NOT use other member's characters in your Role Plays without first getting their permission to do so. Breaking this rule will result in your opponent getting to use your character anyway he sees fit in his Role Play.
Rule #2:
Please try to keep the swearing to a minimum. Think of it like you're watching Raw live on Monday night. If you don't hear it on Raw, don't put it in your Role Play. Things like "sh*t" and "fu*k" are prefectly fine.
Rule #3:
No racial, religious or anti-semetic remarks of any kind that could affend someone. No raping and no murders. Just don't be stupid. Breaking this rule will result in an immediate suspension.
Rule #4:
Role Plays must be atleast 50 lines in length. We prefer quality over quantity, but please try to get as close to the line minimum as possible.
Rule #5:
Do not do Role Plays that are excessively long. Longer RPs can be good, but if you fail to keep the reader entertained, you've failed. Keep in mind that the staff picks the winners and losers and if the staff isn't entertained, they'll stop reading and when they stop reading, you lose.
Rule #6:
Originality is the key. You should not always stick to using in-ring and backstage Role Plays as they involve very little creativity, but you will not be punished for doing backstage or in-ring Role Plays. Let's try to get some interesting stuff out there, some original RPs. The more original you are, the better chance you have of winning your match.
Rule #7:
The Net World Order grades Role Plays in 3 different catagories:
1) Quality - The most important part of a Role Play is how well it's written. Be sure to keep it realistic!! 70% of the RP judgement is based on the Quality.
2) Angle or Feud - From time to time your current Angle or Feud will call for you to win or lose a specific match. 20% of the RP judgement is based on your current Angle or Feud.
3) Length - How long your RP is doesn't matter that much, but we like to see an attempt made. The quality of yoru RP and your current Angle or Feud are the main factors in choosing a winner, but length will be put into perspective. But keep in mind that the length of your Role Play can count against if. 10% of the RP judgement is based on Length.
Rule #8:
The Role Play limits and deadlines are as follows:
1) You must post a minimum of 1 Role Play and a maximum of 4 for Thursday Night Overdrive.
2) You must post a minimum of 1 Role Play and a maximum of 5 for monthly Pay Per Views.
3) The deadlines for RPs and all requests are Thursday at 8:00 PM EST for every eddition of Overdrive and Saturday at 11:00 PM EST for all Pay Per Views.
4) You can only post one RP in the last 24 hours of a deadline.
